Manager of Demand Planning & Forecasting - Agriculture
Brandt is currently looking for The Manager of Demand Planning & Forecasting. This position will be responsible for forecasting product demand, analyzing inventory, and developing dynamic forecasting models. This role focuses on ensuring that our equipment supply aligns with market demand in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Duties and Responsibilities Forecasting: Predict sales, rental utilization, market share, and inventory levels using existing data and market trend analysis. Inventory Management: Provide insights for inventory stocking levels to ensure optimal product placement and timing. Model Development: Create and maintain routine and ad hoc forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns; update senior management and inventory teams regularly. Collaboration: Work with inventory teams to monitor levels and generate new orders as needed. Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze demand-related issues and recommend resolutions. Accuracy Improvement: Propose and implement solutions to enhance demand forecast accuracy. #LI-onsite Required Skills E xperience: Proven background in demand planning/forecasting, data analysis, or related roles. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis. Pricing Strategies: Experience analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share. Collaboration: Ability to work with sales and marketing departments on pricing strategies. Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills. Tools Proficiency: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products. Required Experience Experience: Proven background in demand planning/forecasting, data analysis, or related roles. Industry Experience: Previous industry experience is considered an asset.
