Manager, Engineering

What You Will Do  1. Manage daily activities associated with ME, Production, QA and other related department to ensure that it will meet operation needs 2. Provide leadership in adhering to Molex's Basic Beliefs and Vision Statement to help assure a highly motivated, well trained and self-managed talents 3. Drive team to achieve continuous improvement in production productivity, quality and process capability to reduce the MFG cost and improve our competitiveness 4. Responsible for process roadmap development which aligns with product development. 5. Support new project flawless launch into DG 6. Response for the plant and production line layout, support production line new machine and automation machine standardization 7. Control overall manufacturing engineering budget for areas managed 8. Machine spare part management, continue improvement spare part cost saving 9. TPM leader in plant level, continue improvement OEE, productivity by TPM 10. Motivate and develop departmental personnel to optimize their performance and their professional and capability growth to create a team based self-managed workforce 11. Ensure compliance with corporate, local policies and regulations, as well as promote PBM culture Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study 2.10 years or above manufacturing engineering experience, Familiar with PCBA process3.Result – orientation, quick response4.Strong process improvement/ equipment knowledge5.Strong leadership and Self-motivated /taking initiative to drive the target of KPI.6.Familiar with IATF 16949 / VDA6.3 and 5 tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA),7.Solid Lean & six sigma knowledge such as line balance, Error proof, DOE, 5 Why8.Good quality/ cost mindset & knowledge9.Good communications skills both in English & Chinese Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.
