YOUR ROLE Follow and contribute to projects (innovation, maintenance…); track, measure and report on performance and milestones (like FAT, SAT and 0Production) Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processes Collaborate and develop with suppliers to deliver best and optimized technology for Henkel Consumer Brand Proactively identify and address areas for technical improvements (especially in the areas of efficiency, automation, hygiene and quality) as well as risks and countermeasures Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including new standards, manuals and guidelines for production installation and usage, drive innovations and challenge the state of the art within Henkel Consumer Brands Develop and implement process engineering guidelines, tools and standardization. Contribute to the further development and implementation of the technology platforms YOUR SKILLS Master's degree with focus on engineering, supply chain, process technology, production or similar Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience Good understanding and knowledge of FMCG industrial production processes Very high level of self-management and flexibility Constant eagerness to learn and hunger to let the company win in the marketplace Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in multi-functional teams Good team spirit with focus on Team playing Strong analytical and problem solving skills Fluent English language skills Availability to travel globally At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
