Newly created position in global Greenwich corporation for an experienced Events & Operations Manager. You will serve as cultural ambassador and assist in building their global culture and design and manage all events and operations globally such as celebrations, town hall meetings, holiday events, volunteer opportunities, and philanthropic initiatives; and help each office maintain positive environment for employees. Create and launch the new mission and value system of brilliant, visionary CEO. The core value of the position is to foster employee engagement worldwide.
You will work on a dedicated HR Team and report directly to Director of Human Resources; liaise with senior leadership to understand each office’s needs as cultural ambassador in this impactful role.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 4-5 years proven experience in an events and operations driven position a MUST. Family office or philanthropic experience welcome; Finance industry background strongly .
Should be a passionate relationship builder who is open-minded, extremely organized and strategic, personable and engaging to deal with different personalities.
This is a 5 days in office position with 5-10% travel. Salary $135-150K+ base plus above industry standard bonus (up to $200K all in, depending upon experience). Superb medical benefits including matching 401k and many perks.
