All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?   YOUR ROLE Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including manuals and guidelines for production installation and usage within Henkel Consumer BrandsProactively identify and address areas for technical improvements as well as risks and countermeasuresMeasure, track and report on project performance and milestonesDevelop and implement process engineering guidelines tools and standardizationCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processesDefine Key Performance Indicators and align within the technical community YOUR SKILLS Master's degree with focus on engineering, supply chain, process technology, production or similar Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience Good understanding and knowledge of FMCG industrial production processesVery high level of self management and flexibilityAbility to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in multi-functional teamsStrong analytical, problem solving skills and good team spiritFluent English language skills Willingness to travel globally At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
