This role is pivotal in identifying and mitigating risks around our commercial activities and ensuring the robustness of our operations. While your internal audit skills can be further developed during onboarding, your risk and commercial acumen will be crucial from day one.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform internal audit services with focus on energy trading, portfolio optimisation and risk management\nAnalyse and evaluate organisational structures and processes regarding associated risks and mitigating controls\nCollaborate trustfully with cross-functional teams to strengthen Unipers compliance, risk management and control framework\nDevelop recommendations for improvements and risk mitigation in close alignment with the business and share strategic insights to senior management\nDrive our continuous improvement journey by making use of data and technology\n\nYour profile\n\nUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, FRM) is \nSeveral years of experience in risk management and trading related roles, ideally within the energy sector.
