Manager, Petrochemicals Research

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Manager, Petrochemicals Research on behalf of our client, an energy company based in the UAE

This role is a permanent full time position working out of our clients offices in the UAE. 

Key Responsibilities and requirements

• Manage, plan, and coordinate all activities in the Petrochemical Department to meet functional/division objectives
•  Conducting Adhoc requests that might be cascaded down from senior management
• Accelerate value creation by exploring the most efficient consultants / agencies to deliver business objectives
• Train and develop junior / senior specialists on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective business objectives
