Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:Oversee the process engineering and validation of new moulds, assembly tools, jigs and fixtures and collaborating with internal and external suppliers to optimize mould, tool design and construction.2) Preparation of Process FMEAs, control plans, standardized work instruction and visual aids as per customer specific requirements.3) Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers4) Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards5) Collaborate with CFT to develop a cost-effective and working production process.6) Evaluates manufacturing processes by conducting experiments; applying knowledge of product, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operatorsQualifications:3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engg5 years+ experience in Automotive rubber to metal parts manufacturing IndustryEnglish, Hindi, Punjabi (Optional)
