We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Reporting & Analytics (HR Talent Acquisition). Principal responsibilities You will play an integral role in fulfilling all reporting, data and MI analysis requests from senior business stakeholders in country, region, and group. These reports are critical in trackingmercials, financials, &/or various recruitment and diversity metrics, and monitoring progress on high profile regional and global initiatives. In addition to data consolidation, you will focus on data analysis, and presenting meaningful actionable insights to the senior leadership team to support robust decision-making. You will also regionalise global initiatives and provide support in localising these initiatives to all market in Asia-Pacific.
