This position will be responsible overseeing a team of Sales Support Associates (Gifting, Tour Reception, Quality Assurance and Sales Administration). The Manager acts as a liaison between the ancillary sales support teams and assists in resolving guest and owner related challenges. These actions include but are not limited to receiving incoming telephone calls and emails, assisting with walk-in guests, assisting Sales Consultants/Sales Managers and providing daily anti-rescission efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
- Works closely Quality Assurance Officers in an effort to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions.
- Work closely with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues.
- Assists the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching the Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.
- Assist with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contract, Latitudes and Quality Assurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- TN Timeshare or Real Estate License
- Notary with in first 90 days
