YOUR ROLE Steer Analytics for Climate (SBTI / Net Zero) and Circularity, and coordinate relevant tasks and activities Encompass the buildup of data capturing, assessment and reporting structures for Product Carbon Footprint and Science-Based Targets Define our sustainability strategy and roadmap considering future trends and market requirements Drive sustainability programs beyond the already existing ones, from definition, to structure to execution Interact with all relevant functions within Henkel and outside, ensuring science-based and robust data assessment and reporting to enable management decisions for future business Represent HCB Sustainability Data within relevant internal and external platforms Grow and lead our sustainability team to meet the strategic ambition and business needs YOUR SKILLS Master's degree or PhD with focus on sustainability, natural or environmental science, IT 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment (consulting and/or industry) with proven knowhow in driving projects and programs High motivation to drive new innovative sustainability solutions to serve the rapidly changing requirements our markets Self-driven, solution-oriented way of working along with strong and effective communication skills Good networking capabilities Business fluent in English, written and spoken At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
