Job Title: Techno Project Manager (Techno PM)Location: DelhiJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Skilled Techno Project Manager to oversee and manage technology-driven projects. The candidate should possess a strong technical background and project management expertise to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, and time. He shall act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Coordination:1. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.2. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.- Technical Oversight:1. Provide technical leadership by understanding the technology stack and guiding the technical team through development phases.2. Review and ensure the technical solutions align with business objectives and are scalable and robust.- Stakeholder & Client Management:1. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, developers, and management.2. Present regular status updates, manage expectations, and address concerns to keep all parties aligned on project progress.- Agile & Scrum Management:1. Lead project teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies, conducting sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones through continuous improvement of processes.- Quality Assurance & Compliance:1. Ensure that all technical aspects of the project adhere to company standards and client specifications.2. Implement processes for testing and quality control to deliver a high-quality product.Required Skills & Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.2. 8+ years of experience in project management in a technology-driven environment.3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and other related tech stacks.4. Proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies.5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.6. Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.8. Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
