Nera Capital is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Managing Director of Commercial Claims Division. This is a leadership role where you will drive growth, build strong relationships, and oversee the commercial claims division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commercial team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
• Originate opportunities across multiple jurisdictions within the commercial claims sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner law firms, industry stakeholders, investors and other key contacts.
• Oversee and manage the claims process journey from inception to resolution, ensuring efficiency and timely progression.
• Oversee contracts and legal agreements related to claims, ensuring all documents are properly negotiated and executed.
• Actively network to explore new opportunities and expand Nera Capital's presence in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and business goals.
• Travel to meet with law firms, partners and investors in various jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within financial services, legal, or claims sectors.
• Strong understanding of claims management, contract negotiation, and legal processes.
