Key Responsibilities:

Profitability & Growth:

• Oversee operations to maximize efficiency and achieve EBITDA targets.
• Identify new revenue streams, cost-saving measures, and acquisition opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and empower a high-performing team through accountability and professional growth.
• Cultivate a positive, aligned, and motivated work environment.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute annual business plans.
• Lead initiatives in sales, marketing, and operational improvements.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations within the oil and gas sector.
• Proactively manage risk by staying informed on industry trends and compliance updates.

Brand Development:

• Oversee marketing strategies to strengthen the Beck Oil brand and its market presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: Experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar role, with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
• Financial Expertise: Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to identify and execute growth opportunities, including acquisitions.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
