Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing, digital marketing, and Search Engine Marketing A lead generation database is an advantage Proficiency in Online Marketing and Social Media strategy DUTIES: Collaborate with the sales team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for assigned clients. Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts. Lead the planning and managing of Marketing Programs from end to end. Identify the short-term and long-term scheduling budget and resource needs, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial consideration. Understand key marketing performance metrics, and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, and competitive analysis. Establish positioning, identify target audiences of clients, and develop marketing plans. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaigns. Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content terms. Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendation. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
