We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing methodologies, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an individual with an understanding of sheet metal, machining fabrication and non-traditional manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer interface and design review for manufacturability.
  • Develop manufacturing methods to create cost estimates.
  • Develop required tooling concepts and create tooling cost estimates.
  • Prepare cost estimates involved in changing current design to updated design and provide cost impact as the result of such change.
  • Resolve engineering problems involved in the manufacture of product.
  • Possesses the ability to create specific concerns for operations such as blanking, forming, stamping, welding and/or machining and turning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of five years in a manufacturing engineering role within (your industry/field).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and production tooling.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external customers. Must demonstrate excellent technical communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements in (your industry/field).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Syteline experience is a plus.

Hours:

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
