Manufacturing Engineer

Understands 3d Models of parts and assemblies and converts them into 2d sheets with proper dimensioning and scale for CNC manufacturing. Collaborates with CNC department to get machining durations costs and expected deliveries. Collaborates with Procurement department to get prices and lead times. Collaborates with Warehouse Team in monitoring arrivals of new materials and adding completed products to the warehouse for shipping / delivery readiness. Collaborates with QC Department and follows up on the inbound materials quality and manufactured parts. Collaborates with Assembly Team in getting the assembly durations and embedding it in the plan. Capable of improving processes and project steps as well as deciding on outsourcing or inhouse manufacturing based on cost and quality requirements. Checks the availability of the parts and raw materials in the warehouse and issues Purchase Requests to the Procurement department for the needed items. Constructs project plans and schedules and updates them. Constructs with the given data project costs and lead times. Follows up on the progress in the Assembly and Testing department and updates the project plan. Follows up on FAT & SAT status adds them as project milestones (Factory and Site Acceptance Tests) Upon project completion updates Project KPIs (Actual vs Plan & Delay Days etc ) Requirements Industrial mechanical Industrial Engineer (Production or Mechanical Production). alternative: Mechatronics Engineer. fresh grade.
