Location: Longview, TXThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems in the air conditioning and heating manufacturing domain. This role involves ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and improving overall manufacturing performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Equipment Management: Design, select, and install manufacturing equipment. Ensure equipment is maintained and operational, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Quality Control: Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Production Planning: Plan and design new production processes. Manage labor and materials to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers to improve product designs for manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including technical reports and process specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the air conditioning and heating industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Solidedge software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards specific to the air conditioning and heating industry.
