Manufacturing Engineer

Evaluate & ensure safe work environment in the shop. Ability to Work under limited supervision using standard practices. Proficient in reading Engineering DWG's. Ability to Create 3D models and CNC programs as per DWG requirement. Standardize Tooling. Prepare cost and benefit report (Cost savings of improvement projects). Train operator's in detail for the Machine operations and setups. Sustain 5S & Lean practice initialization. Work with in the allowed time and ensure meeting departmental Goals. Special projects advised by the supervisor.
