We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Controls Engineer or Mechanical Engineer to support automated manufacturing systems in the production of hydro static drives. We are the market leader with an 85% market share with drives for zero turn mowers.

You will be working in a collaborative environment to design, build, program and support the systems that produce drive solutions, serving multiple industries and delivering to customers worldwide.

Core Responsibilities of our Manufacturing Engineer:

· Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability

· Select techniques to solve problems

· Make sound process and programming recommendations

· Support existing production products and technical assignments

· Create required controlled documents

· Maintain standards for current processes

· Deploying and integrating automation improvements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college

· Technical school plus 2 years of relevant

· Pneumatic, hydraulics and fluid systems knowledge experience

· Mechanical, Electrical, Robotic knowledge

Requirements

· BS degree or equivalent 4-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience

· Knowledge of production processes

· Experience in error-proofing concepts and basic production processes

· Entry level knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

· Experience with presses and fasteners

· Experience in project management and process control documentation skills

The following experience is a plus for the “Well Rounded” candidate:

· PLC: Allen Bradley RS 5000, know ledge of ladder logic

· Experience with hydraulic presses

· “Experience with presses, bearing and seals

· CDI Torque tools

· Modify current CAD: 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Siemens NX

· Quality Control, continuous improvement and lean

Salary:

· Commensurate with experience

· The compensation plan includes salary + bi-annual bonus (History of 10% bonus)
