Manufacturing Engineer (electrical)

Could you be the full-time Manufacturing Engineer (electrical) in Astana we’re looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. We’ll look to you for: Define and validate the detailed manufacturing process. Develop industrial documentation, define industrial master data. Drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes. Participate to the product design reviews when required. Participate to P-FMEA (risk analisys) Participate to validation of prototypes if any. Request tooling when needed and write tooling specifications. Perform ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions. And this ensuring good EHS and ergonomic conditions. Perform work stations task sequencing. Calculate precise Method Time. Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling. Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. Participate to continuous improvement workshops. Contribute to industrial REX on manufacturing processes. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Work experience in manufactiuring as electrical, industrial engineer (or work experience as operator in the same field). Diligence and accuracy.
