Manufacturing Engineer [F/M/X]

Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineer - Forming to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production of shaving heads and working on process monitoring and control. You will analyze bottlenecks in ongoing production and develop solutions. You will play a key role in improving existing processes and developing new tooling and concepts. Responsibilities: Support production in terms of process, technology, and organization.Responsible for process monitoring and control.Analyze and resolve bottlenecks in production.Transfer knowledge to operators and stamping technicians.Improve existing processes and contribute to new developments.Collaborate in project teams with an innovative character.Build a network within the organization and liaise with external customers and suppliers. Requirements: Minimum of a completed technical HBO/WO degree (preferably in mechanical engineering, Engineering & Management, or related fields).4-6 years of experience with cold forming in a production environment.Ability to translate knowledge into practical actions and analyze problems.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and improvement tools is a plus.Fluent in English and a good command of Dutch.
