Manufacturing Engineer [F/M/X]

Job description We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing/Production Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, and implementing efficient factory layouts. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and driving cost-effectiveness in our operations.Key Responsibilities Design and optimize the layout of factory operations at various levels to maximize efficiency.Oversee production planning to meet project timelines and business goals.Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes.Perform ergonomics analysis to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.Design and manage CAD-based equipment and tools for manufacturing purposes.Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.Apply lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production processes. Qualifications Experience in automotive, electronics, or related manufacturing sectors.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, process optimization, and factory layout design.Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for designing equipment and production systems.Knowledge of Teamcenter or similar software for managing product lifecycle data is preferred.Familiarity with Six Sigma and other process improvement techniques is beneficial.Ability to conduct cost analysis, ergonomics assessments, and ensure quality control.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
