What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
