.fit_to_content{width:%;height:auto}The RoleLead test capability and capacity set up with PC QD for new productes and transferred products.Sustain test process capability and capacity on existing test linesLead continuous improvement on test process to improve product quality, safety and reduce costWhat you can expect from us? Good working envoirment, competitive welfare and good career develpment.What we expect of you? Main Responsibilities:Introduce and set up new test stations for electromechanical product’s production test independentlyProvides engineering support for product testing and performs on-going maintenance and development of production test stationsTraining production cell operators in the correct use of test stationsProviding front-line diagnosis and fault-findingPerforming on-going maintenance and repair of test station hardwareEnsuring the smooth introduction of changes to software and configuration / parameter data filesModifying test station hardware and software to cater for new production test requirements or obsolescenceDiagnoses of failures and immediate fix the failuresResponsible for changing the final-test test-sets and/or test software according to new operational and NPI needs – for production test onlyEnsuring test stations are well maintained for productionEducation level: Bachelor or above, major in mechanical and automation, electrical, electronic or relatedRelevant previous experience:5 years working in an engineering industry providing technical support or in a service role. Experience of testing of mechanical-electrical productElectrical system interconnection diagrams.Programming experience with languages: Visual Basic 6, SIMATAC STEP7,Labeview or equivalentExperience in leading quality and other improvement projects through multi-department teams is requiredLanguage skills: Good communication skills, can communicate in both Chinese and English (listening and speaking).Other skills and knowledge:Principles of electrical power distribution, controllers and drives signals, serial communications protocolsSignificance of controller configuration data and motor-drive parameter dataPLC programming skill is preferred. Eg, SIMATAC STEP7.Microsoft’s Visual Basic 6 and labview programming skill is preferredElectronic trouble shooting techniquesWorking knowledge of basic electrical components, circuits and wiring, safe working practices on machines with mechanical, electrical and thermal hazardsUsage of multimeter for basic voltage, current and continuity measurement checksGood at trouble shooting on complex process issuesCityQingdaoRecruiterHiring ManagerLynn Guo
