• Currently majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology or Engineering, or other technical programs.

The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op (Weld) will support operations with process improvements and process flow improvements. The Co-Op will also be expected to support the supervisors with lean-type initiatives lean activities and assist in project management. The Co-Op could be creating a new transfer cart design and build. The co-op could also be assigned to improve/revise work instructions.

The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op (Weld) offers a set onsite schedule of 40 hours per week.

Start Date: May 2025

End Date: December 2025

What you will do:

• Work instruction & process flow creation/updates for new product introduction and current assembly operations.
• Transfer cart creation.
• Documentation/training overall help with implementation of IFS.
• Lean Project assistant.

Additional Qualifications Include:

• Major study in:
  • Industrial Engineering.
  • Mechanical Engineering.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Industrial Technology (Automation).
  • Other 4-year engineer/technical degree program.
• Applicable work experience .
