Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed equipment.

· Maintain the HVAC systems, and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing equipment, building management system, and facility repair.

· Perform inspections and reporting on condition affecting operations.

· Supervise Maintenance contracts.

· Emergency response.

· Generate reports on conditions of operations, HVAC systems, Fire/Safety, and other systems.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 4 years’ experience in a maintenance role

· 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing facility.

· Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building management

· Ability to read/interrupt blueprints and schematic drawings.

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Time management
