Position Summary: The Plant Manager is responsible for project management, labor force utilization, process troubleshooting and leadership to the production, maintenance, engineering and warehouse team to drive continuous improvement in the plant.

· Evaluates Direct and coordinate plant production, operations, and personnel.
· Monitors production and facilities equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
· Analyzes production, maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure optimal plant operation.
· Leads efficient new design and/or corrective action implementation projects and provides continuous improvement ideas via Six Sigma practices.
· Troubleshoots electrical and controls related issues for equipment and the facilities.
· Provides engineering technical support across departments including but not limited to PLC code, electrical controls, process, and warehouse equipment.
· Manages employee work schedules for workforce optimization.
· Writes procedures to ensure proper processes are followed.
· Directs preventive maintenance and safety programs.
· Performs every aspect of the job following safety rules and policies.
· Ensures adherence to company policy with verbal or written warnings.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
· Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability:
· Read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Ability:
· Apply advanced concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations. Apply operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, test reliability/validity, variance analysis, correlation technique, sampling theory and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability:
· Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise other employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
