Direct hire, Manufacturing Process Engineer opening in Greenville, SC. Must have 3+ years of manufacturing experience and a focus on continuous improvement in assembly, packaging, or shipping. In this role, you will be leading continuous improvement efforts for the plant's packing and assembly area. Must enjoy taking ownership and working both independently and in a team setting. ERP, data and excellent IT skills required!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in an Engineering discipline
• Management of packing and assembly processes and people
• 3+ years of manufacturing floor experience
• Continuous improvement project work, data manipulation, and presentation skills
• Safety leadership is a plus!
