Production Supervisor 
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee and lead a small production team, focused on quality and adhering to deadlines and effectively communicating variances and delays with Sales and Operations, as well as managing daily shipping and receiving responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
•    Supervise daily the performance of 6-10 production team members.
•    Operate and troubleshoot equipment to optimize performance and quality.
•    Communicate production status/updates with all relevant team members.
•    Ensure the production floor operates in a safe and efficient manner.
•    Coordinate daily shipments with freight carriers and couriers.
•    Picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and storage.
•    Support all CNC activity. 
•    Support all SOPs for manufacturing in the most efficient/profitable manner. 
•    Monitor efficiency and plan vs action, update open project status on job board.
•    Perform quality inspections and signoffs throughout our manufacturing process. 
•    Check in and receive all incoming shipments and scan appropriate paperwork.
•    Schedule all shipments via couriers and UPS daily. 
•    Hands on cutting and wiring of frames/fabrication as needed. 
•    Complete builds and pack slips, then scan over completed shipments ISR’s & Accounting.
 

Qualifications/attributes:
•    Forklift certification.
•    Previous experience with shipping & receiving.
•    Previous experience as a team leader in an industrial environment.
•    Ability to lead by example and motivate.
