Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Technicians for projects located in and around Hermantown, MN. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Inspect, identify, and repair defects in composite and structural bond lines
• Inspect and install aircraft components, sub-assemblies and composite parts
• Follow engineering drawings and specifications
• Install, connect or bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets or threaded fasteners
• Ensure fit, clearance, alignment and functional performance complies with design requirements
• Prepare and use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding or drilling aircraft parts
• Route wire harnesses
• Perform repairs to carbon and glass composite material
• Mix and apply resin epoxy, adhesives, and sealants
• Identify and replace damaged parts

Responsibilities

• Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, productions illustrations, and other specifications
• Mechanically inclined background is a plus
• Wear a respirator and other PPE
• Lift varying weight repeatedly
