We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to perform human tissue processing in accordance with FDA regulations. Candidates with a medical background are for this role.
Pay Rate: Starting at $17/hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare human tissue sections for surgical implantation.
- Use specialized techniques, instrumentation, and equipment to evaluate, cut, shape, grind, and package tissue to precise specifications.
- Complete paperwork accurately and perform data entry as needed.
- Support laboratory operations, including the setup and breakdown of rooms and handling donor tissue using aseptic techniques and sterile field maintenance.
- Education: High school diploma/GED ; 1 year of related work experience required.
- Experience:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience in an aseptic/sterile environment or tissue processing, or experience in an operating room setting .
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
