Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our business, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new markets, and creating strategic partnerships to achieve our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and leading and coordinating marketing campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business pitches to key stakeholders and potential clients. Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing regular market intelligence reports to inform strategic decision-making and Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness to achieve revenue and growth targets. Ability to manage and lead a team of Business Development engineers. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of market research, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. 5. Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. 6. Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities. 7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions. 9. Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools. 10. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
