Marketing and Partner Operations Manager

This is a remote position. Position Title: Marketing and Partner Operations Manager Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH Time Salary: PHP 80,000-PHP 100,000 We are looking for an adaptable and proactive Marketing and Partner Operations Manager to join our team through Boomering. This role is a vital part of our team, responsible for executing marketing projects, managing key technology tools, and collaborating with our partners to enhance our co-marketing strategies. This role ensures that NPE delivers world-class marketing experiences to help fitness business owners break past limitations and achieve success. Responsibilities as Marketing and Partner Operations Manager: • Execute marketing projects and campaigns using our technology stack (Keap/Infusionsoft, WordPress + Elementor, ClickUp, etc.). • Manage and update our CRM, CMS, email marketing, and automation tools. • Ensure seamless content publication across web pages, landing pages, and email marketing. • Conduct light video editing and graphic design tasks. • Set up and monitor tracking links, SEO configurations, and campaign analytics. • Maintain quality assurance (QA) for marketing campaigns and funnels. • Work closely with our partner network to execute co-marketing strategies. • Manage partner-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals. • Support weekly workshops, planning meetings, and collaborative initiatives with external vendors. Qualifications as a Marketing and Partner Operations Manager: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Able to make decisions, take ownership, and drive results. • Strong ability to work with digital marketing tools such as Keap/Infusionsoft, ClickUp, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, Zapier, and Google Workspace. • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently. • Collaborates effectively with a global remote team and external partners. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills • Passionate about empowering fitness entrepreneurs and making a difference. • Able to quickly adjust to changes, work efficiently in a fast-moving environment, and meet tight deadlines. • Highly precise and meticulous in managing marketing campaigns, data, and digital content. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and execute projects with speed and efficiency. • Proficiency in WordPress content updates, SEO (Yoast), and landing page creation. • Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Screenflow, iMovie, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or similar). • Experience gathering and reporting on marketing metrics from sources like Google Analytics, Facebook/Google Ad Manager, and Keap. • Prior project management experience in a remote environment. • Previous experience working with external vendors and partners is a plus.
