Job Description: Marketing & Sales Operations Analyst
This is a new role created to support our dynamic and global commercial organization. To support our growth, our new marketing and sales analyst will work within the commercial team to help build our sales pipeline, assist our teams with engaging new and existing customers, enhance our customer communications, support the development and improvement of our commercial processes, and develop data insights and reporting. In this role, the individual will be instrumental in maintaining our HubSpot CRM and MAP, optimizing sales & marketing processes, supporting deal estimating, target prospecting campaigns, lead ?ow & conversion optimization and providing timely analytics that track progress and growth and provide information to support decision-making. This role will directly impact our sales & marketing efficiency and success. Ideal candidates have experience in marketing and sales operations within an ERP environment, are CRM pro?cient, and possess strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, ensuring ?uid integration, data integrity and optimizing work?ows
- Develop and maintain marketing and sales analytics reports and dashboards; including mobile apps
- Facilitate sales and operations strategy development and execution
- Support and maintain Strategic Customer Database, including customer demographics (products, segments, contacts, organization charts)
- Support and lead prospecting efforts to generate new leads
- Collaborate to optimize landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion
- Coordinate and track NPI projects with PMO and Tech. Solutions team to enhance sales efficiency and informing customers
- Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis (FP&A collaboration)
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
- Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations
Experience
Must have pro?ciency in Salesforce or HubSpot and business intelligence tools
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a medical company
- Strong project management and follow-up skills
- Competency with relational databases and SQL queries
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and strategic problem-solving ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
