The Company

Our client are a London-based, award winning, medium-sized, global architecture studio with a specific focus on workplace, residential and cultural sectors. They are a design-led practice with a large portfolio of built projects and a talented team of 40 staff.

The Role

The responsibilities of the role fall into 5 main categories:

• BID Coordination
• Business Development
• Digital Marketing
• Communications Marketing
• Brand Coordination

Requirements

• Previous experience in a BID Coordination, BID Management or Marketing manager role
• Experience working within an architectural practice, company of a similar discipline or agency is required
• Proficient in Adobe (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with UK RFP/RFQ processes
• Web content management skills and social media proficiency including automation and scheduling (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailchimp, Hootsuite)
• Team player, kind person, friendly and collaborative

Salary and package

• Starting Salary of £50-60k with regular salary reviews thereafter
