MARKETING MANAGER WITH CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE – REMOTE
Our client, a leader in construction management software, is seeking a fully remote Marketing Manager with Construction Software Experience to join their dynamic marketing team. This full-time role emphasizes competitive intelligence, product positioning, and translating software capabilities into compelling business benefits for their cloud-based construction collaboration platform. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding and marketing expertise, with experience in B2B SaaS and the construction industry.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute product positioning strategies that highlight the unique capabilities and business benefits of the software.
• Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and differentiators, leveraging insights to refine product messaging.
• Translate technical software capabilities into clear, impactful benefits for target audiences, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer pain points.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to craft and deliver cohesive, customer-focused messaging across all channels.
• Support sales enablement by creating technical content such as product sheets, feature comparisons, and buyer guides that resonate with decision-makers.
• Contribute to strategic go-to-market plans for new product features, ensuring they address market needs effectively.
• Monitor industry developments and customer feedback to adjust product positioning and stay ahead of competitors.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, with a preference for candidates familiar with construction or technical software.
• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused messaging.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on creating clear and compelling content.
