Our client is seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their marketing technology stack, including Salesforce.com, Formstack, Canva, Power BI, and digital discussion boards.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce.com Management: Administer and integrate Salesforce.com for marketing campaigns, lead management, and customer relationship management.

  • Formstack Administration: Design and manage online forms and workflows to streamline data collection and processing.

  • Canva Utilization: Develop high-quality visual content for campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Power BI Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Digital Discussion Boards Management: Monitor and engage with community members to foster brand loyalty and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com, Formstack, Canva, Power BI, and digital discussion boards.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in design and execution.
