The Marketing Project Manager works closely with the Marketing Team to maintain, update, create, and execute content across all digital marketing platforms and social channels used by maintaining project details in a timely and organized way in project management software.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Play a major role in the company’s Hubspot workflow automation, programming and list management

  • Execute on “behind-the-scenes” tasks including building Hubspot newsletters, templates, sequences, emails, workflows, website blog articles, etc.

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (including landing pages, email templates and blog posting.)

  • Manage company website updates (lead , HubSpot tools implementation, website blog)

  • Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new and existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making

  • Help coordinate tradeshow and webinar events

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress and coding

  • Experience in lead , digital marketing, content design, and web development

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to own the outcomes

  • Combine content and design elements within our email marketing tool (HubSpot) to create complete emails and distribute to pre-configured lists

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts on technical offerings

  • Collaborate on the collection, analyzing, and reporting of content performance data (KPIs) and analytics; identify trends and make optimization recommendations

  • Identify solutions to and execute on complex, detailed requests from internal stakeholders

  • 5+ years of work experience in proofreading, and editing with sharp attention to detail, ensuring qualifications
