• Contract Duration: 10-months
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
• Compensation: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Must have:

• 1+ year of experience within the Health Insurance Industry
• Strong experience in PowerPoint
• Experience in Product Marketing

What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager:

• Set up and manage project schedules in workflow tools.
• Oversee the daily management of tasks and deliverables in Robohead
• Route projects for required review and approval processes
• Release projects for production and distribution, ensuring timely market delivery
• Facilitate weekly status meetings and create status reports for stakeholders
• Track and report project status, addressing any roadblocks and proposing solutions for off-track projects
• Coordinate “forward planning” meetings to prioritize upcoming and current work, and identify potential bottlenecks

What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Must have: 1+ year of experience within the Health Insurance Industry.    
• Experience in PowerPoint
• Experience in Product Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role
• Proven ability to successfully drive complex campaigns from planning through execution
• Experience managing multiple deliverables across different timelines
• Experience working with various media types, including print and digital
• Familiarity with workflow management software, preferably Robohead
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changing timelines and requirements
• Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
