Maintenance Specialist:

Conduct all work in accordance with Safety Rules & posted procedures.

Report Directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsible for all maintenance as it pertains to the entire MITCO facility and its equipment, both internal and external.

Act to resolve any break down or malfunction with the equipment or facility of MITCO immediately upon notification of said problems.

Required to be "On Call" 24/7 if needed.

Work to ensure the facility and equipment MITCO is operating in such a manner as to meet all the safety codes of local, state and federal governments as directed by management.

Maintain inventory of all maintenance equipment, tools and supplies.

Report all problems or malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.

Carry out all requests of the Supervisor within the scope of the job classification.

Maintain maintenance records and follow work procedures as required.

Assist Subcontractors as required.

Must possess practical experience in one or more of the fields listed below.
