About the Role: The Solar Materials and Tools Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of materials and tools across multiple construction projects. The Solar Material and Tool Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating material and tool management activities across multiple construction sites to ensure the successful implementation of solar projects. This role involves working closely with onsite logistics coordinators to ensure the efficient management of materials and tools, including purchasing tools from vendors and suppliers for all projects. Essential Functions Collaborate with onsite logistics coordinators to ensure consistent use of racking materials and efficient tools management across projects Manage material logs and reports to track inventory and monitor material usage Coordinate the purchasing of tools needed for all projects from vendors and suppliers Facilitate the sharing of information and material transfer between construction sites Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery and receipt of materials and tools Ensure compliance with project schedules and budget constraints related to material and tool management Provide guidance and support to onsite logistics coordinators to optimize material and tool efficiency and minimize waste Communicate regularly with project teams to address any material or tool-related issues and ensure alignment across projects Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Essential functions of this position ae to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards About You: Qualifications Proven experience in materials and tools management, preferably in the construction or solar industry Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication skills Solid understanding of racking materials, construction logistics, and tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
