Materials Handling Specialist 物料管理员
Position Summary 该职位负责执行生产过程中对生产线的物料配送、半成品、成品的流转操作等管理，确保生产物料和半成品的供应及时准确并确保单据的正确填写及流转，在操作中遵循医疗器械GMP规范的要求及公司的操作规则。工作地点为上海闵行，向物料管理班长汇报。Job Responsibilities熟悉原材料名称和规格，根据生产工单，按时完成生产物料的准备。 熟悉生产线流程，根据生产节奏及时配料补料（原材料，半成品等），确保生产的顺利进行，生产线边物料定点定位整齐摆放。在物料流转过程中，确保及时准确的填写工单并流转到正确的工位。查看并记录物料的损耗情况，非正常情况需及时处理并记录。维护仓库物料、成品、设备的存放规范、分类整齐，仓库环境的安全合规、清洁卫生。主持交接班会议，做好交接班记录及其他相关工作。根据生产情况和人员出勤情况安排责任区域的人员排班。按照操作指导培训新员工。遵守5S,QMS,EHS安全生产等相关公司规定。上级领导交办的其它事宜。Qualifications: 3年以上医疗器械/汽车/电子等生产企业相关仓库或物料管理工作经验中专或高中学历或其他同等学历。可以接受倒班工作。学习能力强，工作细心，吃苦耐劳，具有较强的沟通能力和团队协助精神About Straumann The Straumann Group (SIX: STMN) is a global leader in tooth replacement and orthodontic solutions that restore smiles and confidence.
