Job Title: Material Lead – Logistics Coordinator
Location: Valley Mills, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, proposed 1 year contract
Reports to: Procurement/Materials Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm – some Saturdays as needed.

Position Summary:
The Material Lead is responsible for overseeing all job tasks handled by the materials and logistics team. Assuring quality, quantity, and storage of materials purchased for the site are correct and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
· Works closely with the logistics lead to ensuring all materials are sent out with correct quantities, and are delivered to the correct location for each task
· Excel spreadsheet data entry
· Distribute weekly spreadsheets
· Ensure all material procured at the site level arrives on time, based on the ETA given by the procurement manager
· Create inventory spreadsheets, material request form documentation and sales order, damaged/defective materials report, material receiving documents and inspections, material distribution documentation, and submit weekly reports to procurement manager.
· Ensure quality, quantity, and storage of materials bought for the sites are correct and maintained
· Maintain accurate records of materials transactions, including receipts, transfers, and returns
Qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- OSHA 10
- Required Experience:
o Previous experience with material receiving, offloading, inspection and inventory
o Proficiency using Microsoft Office
