McAfee EPS Technical Engineer

The Offer Join a well known brand within Computer Hardware The Job You will be responsible for : Complete management of McAfee ePO versions 4.6 & 5.1, 5.3,5.9 & 10 (Including Implementation & Administration of VSE, HIPS, MA, EEPC, SAE, DLP, ENS). Analyse threat logs and mitigation of infection from Machines to Ensure Security. Handle Zero-day attacks, manage the customer with best practices. Instruct users to with best practices to stop being a victim of attack. Create stringent VSE Access Protection Rule for a prevention from major outbreaks. Interacting with Anti-virus product vendor when required for the solution. Ex: for Extra DAT, for hotfix for endpoint products, bug fixes. McAfee EPO Database management & maintenance activity. Configuring and managing the various reporting in McAfee ePO. Making sure that reporting works fine in all auto response created and troubleshooting all reporting issues. Assistance on McAfee SQL backup process, restore, effective database size management by running SQL query periodically and assistance on SQL related issues. Configuring and Managing the Various version ePO servers such as ePO4.xx & 5.x Making sure that the Active Directory configured and working with ePO, so that synchronization happens on the scheduled bases to import a new machine to ePO to deploy and manage these machines The Profile Minimum 4 years of experience in McAfee and its bi products. Network Security knowledge. Malware analysis skills. Ability to handle Zero-day attacks. Skills in ADFS TOP/SOP document writing skills. Experience in any other Antivirus platform will be an added advantage.
