The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to join this dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, and who is keen to take on responsibility for managing multiple mechanical and electrical projects from start to finish.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee the successful delivery of M&E contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



* Manage and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.



* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all projects.



* Monitor and report on the financial performance of projects, managing cost control and ensuring profitability.



* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.



* Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, driving productivity and fostering a positive working culture.



* Assist with the preparation of tenders, contract negotiations, and variations as needed.



Ideal Candidate:



* Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager, ideally within the construction or building services sectors.



* Strong understanding of M&E systems and the ability to manage large, complex projects.



* A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.



* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and build strong client relationships.



* Relevant qualifications and certifications in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or a related field.



* Experience in managing projects across both the UK and Ireland is advantageous.
