Are you an M&E Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Do you have 3+ years’ experience in the M&E or Building Services sector and want to progress your career?



We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior M&E Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a high-profile Infrastructure, Commercial, and Data Centre projects. Working closely with the Commercial Director, this role offers real career progression and opportunities for further education and professional development.



The Role:



* Managing pre- and post-contract activities from project inception to final account



* Ensuring commercial viability, compliance, and best practices across the project



* Collaborating with contractors, key stakeholders, and the wider project team



* NEC contract experience is beneficial but not essential



* Any estimating experience is highly valued but not essential



What We’re Looking For:



* 3+ years’ experience in M&E/Building Services quantity surveying



* Strong commercial and contractual acumen



* Industry-recognised qualifications (or working towards them)
