Job Description



* Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation



* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate prices



* Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management



* Assess and manage project risks



* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations



* 3 years expdereince as a M&E Quantity Surveyor
