We have an exciting opportunity to join a large multi-disciplinary UK wide consultancy out of their Reading office, working in a thriving office and part of an established team.



You will be joining the MEP Quantity Surveying team, working on a mixture of;



Energy Studies and Carbon reduction

Whole Life Costing

Asset Scheduling and Management

You would be assisting on a wide range of M&E Quantity Surveying services alongside a team manager, including the following:



Advising on Service Costs involved in building projects.

evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposal.

Providing advice on contract arrangements and conditions

Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work

Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients.

The ideal candidate would have:



BSC/MSC in Quantity Surveying or Similar

UK Driving License

Relevant experience within the sector

Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
