M&E Quantity Surveyor \n\n Reading \n\n £40,000 - £50,000\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity to join a large multi-disciplinary UK wide consultancy out of their Reading office, working in a thriving office and part of an established team. \n\n You will be joining the MEP Quantity Surveying team, working on a mixture of;\n\nEnergy Studies and Carbon reduction\nWhole Life Costing\nAsset Scheduling and Management\nYou would be assisting on a wide range of M&E Quantity Surveying services alongside a team manager, including the following:\n\nAdvising on Service Costs involved in building projects.\nevaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposal.\nProviding advice on contract arrangements and conditions\nUndertaking all elements of pre and post contract work\nPreparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients.\nThe ideal candidate would have:\n\nBSC/MSC in Quantity Surveying or Similar\nUK Driving License\nRelevant experience within the sector\nWhat we can offer:\n\nSalary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)\n25 days Holiday allowance + Bank Holidays\nBuy/Sell Holiday scheme\n3 charity days per year\n6% employer pension contribution\nHybrid Working Scheme\nStructured career progression\nFor more information please feel free to get in touch
